Obviously haven't done much with my new blog.
I continue to think about the weight issue ... it's on my mind a lot because I can tell that I've gained weight especially in my lower tummy. That's where my mom had her major problem. Geez, I don't want to end up like that but if I was that concerned wouldn't I do something about it? I'm not a very good role model for Juli who is really struggling too. I hate myself for that. Nor for Lori even though she had gastric by-pass surgery she still struggles with her weight. She's still considered a success with the surgery though but I know it must be so hard on her too.
DIET is a dirty word. I hate that word. Lifestyle change sounds better. But I can't even manage that. Why does it have to be so darned complicated???
